Evanscorp Launches New Version of Award Winning Remuneration Software

Over $3.5 billion of Australian Employee Remuneration Managed with Remunerate in past two years

10 March 2009

Evanscorp, an Australian software development company specialising in delivering enterprise grade business solutions, has launched the latest version of Remunerate, the organisation's award-winning employee compensation management solution.

Remunerate replaces the typical Excel spreadsheet-based remuneration review process with a web-based platform aligned with compensation strategy for managing employee pay reviews.

New in Remunerate version 5.5 is an updated workflow engine supporting even more advanced authorisation processes. Also new is enhanced security granularity in support of providing appropriate delegation of authority whilst retaining robust data integrity. The solution also has capacity to handle multi-currency and multi-exchange rates in multiple separate reviews within the one system.

Remunerate's web-based remuneration and bonus review reports provide real-time review progress, an audit trail and review outcomes including budget and spend information, while line managers can automatically access relevant employee information and performance scores to facilitate consistent and rational recommendations.

Remunerate is ideal for adoption in medium to large, national and multi-national organisations with a distributed workforce where employee contracts are in place and staff are reviewed on an individual basis.

Over $3.5 billion of remuneration has been managed with Remunerate over the last two years. Australian users include Ausenco, Babcock and Brown, Lend Lease and Transfield Services.

Phil Evans, Managing Director of Evanscorp, said, "Remuneration strategy is one element in helping to position a company as being an employer of choice. At the same time, today more than ever, companies are increasingly under tight scrutiny to track spend against multiple budgets, drive an efficient and transparent compensation process and provide real-time reporting as well as dramatically shortened review cycles times."

"Remunerate's features tick all these boxes while at the same time we can assure users of long term support with an award-winning development team in place. As an offering, it is a winning combination in challenging economic times where many companies' remuneration policies and decisions are being openly debated."

Evanscorp recently was awarded Microsoft Gold Partner certification status further enhancing the company's ability to continue to improve its client offering.
