Managing Director

Phil is the founder and Managing Director of Evanscorp, and system architect for Remunerate. Remunerate is the first product Evanscorp has brought to market in its own right and represented a huge step forward for the company at its first commercial release in May 2004. For Phil, Remunerate represents may years of work and is the pinnacle of his career to date.

Prior to founding Evanscorp in 1999, Phil was a senior technologist with BHP Information Technology. With BHP IT Phil worked as lead developer, architect and mentor roles for a wide range of projects and customers, including lead developer and design authority on the Australian Diplomatic Communications Network project for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Canberra.

Since forming Evanscorp in 1999, the company has Phillip has supplied architecture, lead developer and consultancy skills to several Australian Government organisations as well as public and private companies of varying sizes. Under Phil's control Evanscorp has taken on a number of successful software development projects in its own right.

Phil also worked on a large number of highly technical projects for the Port Kembla Steelworks (now BlueScope Steel) including control systems for the Continuous Caster, Blast Furnace, and the Project "MD" continous castercontrol systems.

Phillip is a systems architect and software developer intent on delivering superior Information Technology solutions to customers in a wide range of industry sectors. Phillip has long been recognised for his technical expertise and his ability to keep abreast with changing technologies.

Phillip is held in high-regard in the IT industry and has recently been invited to join the Advisory Committee of the School of Information Technology and Computing Science at the University of Wollongong.
