Remunerate wins 2007 Consensus Software Award

The Remunerate team was thrilled to take out the 2007 Consensus Software Award, which identifies the most innovative software designed and developed in Australia and New Zealand. The awards are judged by a panel of more than 50 independent judges, based on the criteria of Innovation, Performance and Potential.

The judges made this citation to recognise Remunerate's achievement:

"The annual salary review process can be very complex and time-consuming, and for many organisations, these reviews are inaccurate, late, or both. Mainstream ERP and HR systems offer a limited toolset to assist with salary reviews."

"The judges were impressed with the complexity and flexibility of the Remunerate product. With a short implementation time and intuitive user interface, the potential to rapidly improve the quality and timeliness of an organisation's salary review process is significant. The reporting and analytic tools in Remunerate provide valuable salary budgeting and control, and compliance reporting."

"The potential for the software to pay for itself in a very short time, gives Remunerate a compelling edge in the marketplace. The judges commend Evanscorp on developing this elegant solution to a much overlooked problem."

The Consensus Software Awards are endorsed and supported by Austrade, NZ Trade & Enterprise, the Australian Computer Society and the NZ Computer Society, and the major sponsors are IBM and Microsoft.
