Allied Domecq PLC is a multi-national company operating in branded spirits, premium wines and quick service restaurants. They used Excel spreadsheets to manage the salary and incentive reviews of over 10,000 employees. The process was labour-intensive, cumbersome and costly.
In 2004, Allied Domecq installed Remunerate v3 (rebranded as AD Reward) and succesfully conducted salary, incentive and bonus reviews. Employee data was imported from HRM Connect for the duration of the review with the updated information being imported back into HRM Connect at the completion of the review.
In 2005, Allied Domecq was the subject of acquisition by Pernod Ricard. Management wished to conduct an incentive review prior to the takeover using vastly different business rules from the previous year.
AD Reward was quickly updated with the new business rules and the entire review process was completed within two weeks from budget authorisation. It was made possible through Remunerate's intuitive user interface deployed over the Intranet.
In 2004, AD Reward reduced our review overheads by 50%. This year (2005),we quite simply could not have completed the incentive review in the required timeframe without AD Reward.
